PARKING
There is no on-site parking; however, all of Sunrise Ave is 1 hour parking from 10am to 5PM and unlimited from 5PM to 10AM. Parking in front of the building is tricky in high season; it is a bit crowded. One block towards the ocean is usually less busy at night as the Palm Beach Hotel block (200 block) has two restaurants with valets and gets crowded in the evening until 10 or 11PM.

There is two hour parking on Bradley PL right around the corner. As of July 1st 2019 the town of Palm Beach has removed all free parking. There is two hour parking on Bradley PL right around
the corner. Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. Parking passes can be signed out and signed in when checking in and checking out. Once you get it hang it on your rearview mirror while parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking. Lost or unreturned parking placards will be subject to a $100 fee and the town will require we complete a police report to obtain a replacement. North of Seminole on Bradley and South of Royal Poinciana Way is free 1 hour parking during the day and free unlimited parking in the evening from 5PM to 10 AM on both Bradley and N County Road. This is approx. a five to 7 minute walk. I shop at the Publix across the street from the hotel and regularly park there for 3 or 4 hours after purchasing a few things if I need my car close by. After the restaurants slow down there is usually a decent amount of parking on the block after 11PM. The hotel also has a loading zone for when you arrive to drop your bags. If you have additional parking questions I am happy to help.

SMOKING IN THE ROOM WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $400 SERVICE FEE FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM.

Key fobs must be returned to the hook they were found on in the room to avoid a $50 fee to replace.

Getting around
Everything is so close I usually take an uber from the airport which only costs around $15 although sometimes it's less. Uber over to West Palm is typically around $5 to $6. It really isn't necessary to have a rental car unless you plan on exploring, but there is so much to see and do within a 5 or 10 minute walk of the Palm Beach hotel!
