The space

Walk to the beach from this deluxe studio condo with heavenly Queen size bed. There's no need for a car. Gourmet restaurants, spas, shops & bike trails close. Located in the center of the Town of Palm Beach near Main Street. The beach is a short walk away 2.5 blocks and there is a Publix grocery store across the street.

The room comes complete with:

-Gorgeous view overlooking the pool, garden and courtyard

-Queen bed with plush pillows and fresh sheets

-Colorful Beach towels

-Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion all provided

-Large Flat Screen TV with Cable and access to Netflix, Amazon prime or any of your favorite streaming services.

HIGH SPEED PRIVATE WIFI. Unfortunately the building's free wifi is limited and does not work well in most units nor is it consistent. We have upgraded and use our own high speed Comcast network!

-Small kitchen with 2 mini refrigerators, microwave, plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards and a keurig coffee maker with coffee, sugar & creamers

-Small breakfast table and chairs overlooking the pool through the windows

This is a 275 square foot hotel style room.

Guest access

Guests will have access to all common areas of the building including pool, laundry, patios and lobby.

Additional notes

PARKING: There is an unloading zone at the front of the building if you are arriving by car. When you check-in you will be provided with one of our parking passes for unlimited street parking on either the 100 Block of Sunrise Avenue or N. County Road above Seminole. Both are a few blocks from the building. 100 Block of Sunrise is metered parking; however, if you hang the parking pass on your mirror it's not necessary to pay. The parking pass you are furnished will indicate where you may park. Parking is at a premium and this makes it easy! Please be sure to turn it back in to the front desk when checking out as there is a $100 fee for lost or unreturned parking passes.

Please wash your dishes etc & remove your trash/recycling in the designated area just down the hall.

Neighborhood overview

-Palm Beach Bicycle Trail Shop close by for daily to weekly rentals. There is a 5 mile paved pedestrian bicycle trail one block away along the intracoastal waterway.

-Patrick Leze Chocolaterie + Patisserie next door features breakfast, lunch, pastries, desserts and much more

-Publix grocery store with no signs is across the street, great for necessary essentials or prepared food

-Echo Asian Fusion across the street has half price sushi and drinks during happy hour.

-Palm Beach Catch Seafood and Raw Bar is next door

-Green's Pharmacy, a great drug store & diner for a quick breakfast or lunch is a quick walk 500 feet away

-Amici Market has the most amazing pizza and gourmet prepared foods- also a short walk 500 feet away

-The Island Bee on the next street over has fresh juices, smoothies & coffee

-Sprinkles Ice Cream on the street over is perfect for cooling down after a day on the beach

Getting around

Uber is amazing and everything is typically close and cheap. There is also Molly's Trollys which is free and travels all around West Palm Beach and the outlets. It's easy to get around Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. I love this location because its so close to everything and you can walk almost every where you need to go.

House Rules

Additional rules Unfortunately due to high demand we can't accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. Check-in time is 3:00 PM Checkout is 11:00 AM. This gives us time to prepare for each guest and allows housekeeping to prepare the room. Thank you for understanding!

Service animals are allowed with proper identification only. Unfortunately building policy does not allow pets that are not registered service animals. SMOKING IN THE ROOM WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $400 SERVICE FEE FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM.

Key fobs must be returned to the hook they were found on in the room to avoid a $50 fee to replace.
